+The report has been published one day prior to the official start of [RustConf](https://rustconf.com) – an annual conference dedicated to the Rust programming language community that is being hosted by the Rust Foundation for the first time in 2024. Rust Foundation Executive Director & CEO, Dr. Rebecca Rumbul will deliver opening remarks at RustConf 2024 on Wednesday, September 11 and is expected to comment on the foundation’s latest publication onstage.
