By default, Medium's API fetches up to 10 posts, which might still be excessive for individual preferences. This adjustment allows users to tailor their post-fetching experience to their needs. Feel free to modify the MAX_ITEMS_TO_FETCH constant according to your specific requirements.

Description
This PR proposes a modification to limit the number of posts fetched from Medium. By default, Medium's API fetches up to 10 posts, which might still be excessive for individual preferences. To address this, the proposed change limits the fetched posts to 4.
Type of change
