Notes

AMSTAT lists authors in an array with their affiliation (including address) and email. The bibliography entry must end in .bib. The field unique to AMSTAT is the authorfootnote, which is described as

The author’s footnote is used in JASA, JCGS, and TAS only. It gives the author’s position, employer, and complete address (including e-mail address). In JASA and TAS only, any acknowledgment of financial assistance should be stated next, followed by acknowledgment of individuals.
