Fix update task value null, add create button on toolbar action

Before, Thank you for everything on this project, we have a comprehensive way shadcn data-table and all its functions in a good way. I hope everyone in the community can contribute because currently there are very few examples of crud using shadcn.

Here I propose several fixes and features :

• Fix update task sheet value null, improve form to partial component
• Add create button on toolbar actions
• Fix unbalance padding on toolbar
• Add clear sort on table column header
• Improve created at column to not wrapped

Please review or improve the code if necessary

If you allow, allow me to slightly change the file structure and naming so that it can be centralized and easy to duplicate for other contexts on next pull request ?
