Contents:
-FTimage_App is the binary executable, use this if you don't have python and the dependencies installed. (Not uploaded yet due to size).
-FTimage_Source is the source code. You should use this if you have python the dependencies installed and want to make modifications to the core logic of the app.
-Example_Custom_File is an example of a custom mask file that can be specified without changing the core logic of the app. Comments have been included to make the modification simple.
-FTimage_Manual is a manual describing the use of the app.
Quickstart:
-Execute FTimage_App.
-Select an image file (.png).
-Specify a mask via prebuilt options or your own custom code.
-Run to plot.
-Save plots.
