As a user, I want to install the dependencies in the same order as documented so that the installation is a fast process.
I went through the installation guide and followed the procedure from the top to the bottom. In my case, it was required to download and install
Shapelyfirst so that I could proceed with the installation of the packages inrequirements.txt.IMHO it makes sense to mention the installation of
Shapelybefore the installation of the "Other Libraries".
