Improved a11y of validation form in confirmation modal dialog

## Motivation and Context

Design page:
* some small fixes

"Search by button" example:
* added a Hint for the search button

"Search with select" example:
* removed the search button because this was supposed to be a dynamic
search
* "everywhere" is now one of the Select values, instead of a placeholder
* added an aria-label to the Select
* rewrote some texts to make it closer to the real product
