It might work for you

• Properly creates the output directory if it doesn't exist
• Inlined the skeleton-tabs CSS and JS so they're included in the output
• Handle escaped double quotes a bit more gracefully

Your probably gonna die if you use this

First release, aka the "works on my machine, against my Rails repo, with my config files" release. If it works for you, well that's a pleasant surprise indeed.
