Reduces the number of skulls spawned by crystal legion by 1 (#3117)

It's like a mine but it chases you. If you can't get to a safe distance the pattern almost guarantees getting hit twice. ## Changelog :cl: balance: crystal legion spawn 1 less skull per spawn wave, now 1 (like normal legion) /:cl: <!-- Both :cl:'s are required for the changelog to work! You can put your name to the right of the first :cl: if you want to overwrite your GitHub username as author ingame. --> <!-- You can use multiple of the same prefix (they're only used for the icon ingame) and delete the unneeded ones.
