makes a indestructible snow turf type for outposts replaces the bar dispensers with non-upgraded ones misc floor changes replaces all rock surfaces in hangars / outpost with the unbreakable variant

this PR:
makes a indestructible snow turf type for outposts
replaces the bar dispensers with non-upgraded ones
misc floor changes
replaces all rock surfaces in hangars / outpost with the unbreakable variant
fixes some missplaced wallmounts
and makes the maintenance door into the penguin room indestructible.
Why It's Good For The Game
you can no longer use the bar to make your quirky death mixes
the outpost will no longer be depressurized
