About The Pull Request
Gives mostly every engineer, medical doctor, and security officer their respective survival boxes back as well as making gas masks small sized. (Syndicate masks can now fit back into boxes!)
Also cleans up a bit of unnecessary lines in the outfits files.
Why It's Good For The Game
Survival boxes were unintentionally made into their default variants after #2628 for most jobs. This PR fixes that.
