About The Pull Request

Turrets now differ in when they'll be disabled from damage
Ship turrets now require ship access
NT turrets are shoddy make and have mildly less integrity
Fixes grammar in condition report
ship turrets are now less durable by default

Why It's Good For The Game

continues my turret program

Turrets already kinda feel insanely weak as i feel a golaith can take out 1 by itself.

Turrets can be repaired, have a fire rate that's currently Not Great (due to being tied to SSMachines), and are actively being modified.
