Hola! 👋

I am Siddhant Midha. I recently finished my undergraduate studies at IIT Bombay, and am soon heading to Princeton University to start my Ph.D. in Quantum Science and Engineering. I like to think about things at the intersection of quantum information, many-body physics and machine learning.

🧑‍💻: Work Experience

  • March 2023 -: Research assistant @ QIT-C Group, IIT Bombay. Worked on the measurement induced phase transition in Clifford+T circuits.
  • July 2022 - May 2024: Research assistant @ PQUEST Lab, IIT Bombay. Worked on the theory of quantum magnetometry and simulation of NV-center experiments.
  • May 2022 - May 2024: Research assistant @ CNQT Lab, IIT Bombay. Worked on superconducting and topological quantum matter using the Keldysh NEGF method.
  • May-July 2023: Research intern @ MPI for Quantum Optics & TU Munich. Worked on nanophotonic inverse design for quantum transduction.
  • May-July 2022: Research intern @ Computer Science, Aalto University. Worked on generative learning using quantum computers.
