Create a new openapiv2.yaml file to store the v2 related changes. Once every endpoint is migrated, the original file can be replaced with this. Since the `upx-ucl` package is no longer available on Debian Bookworm, dropping the support for `.upx` files. The package is removed from all dependency lists and a new flag `UPX_INSTALLED` is created in CMakeLists.txt which can easily be turned on to compile ununpack with upx support. Implemented tracking of date-time on which a user was assigned to an
upload. Additionally, tracking has been extended to capture the
date-time when an upload was closed or rejected. This new feature will
enhance monitoring and auditing capabilities.
The values are currently available only on REST endpoints `GET /uploads`
and `GET /uploads/{id}`. The duration is displayed in Folder and upload
dashboard.
