These commands are redundant - we use silverstripe/module-standardiser instead.

These commands are redundant - we use silverstripe/module-standardiser instead.
At best these were pulling from an outdated source, at worst they'd break stuff. Instead of updating the source, we should just remove these since we don't use them.
