Adding support for Discord webhooks for basic monitoring notifications.
We've been using Slack for some time now, and I think it would be nice to give Discord a try. Perhaps it could be easier to create a community for joining sessions in a voice room? Or perhaps it makes it less appealing for other developers to join the workspace? Who knows, but I'm down to try both to see what works best for us 🤠
