My baseline configuration for happy editing

Defines consistent key bindings for both tmux+vim and Visual Studio Code

Assumes:

• VIM 8.1+
• tmux 2.6+
• Visual Studio Code VIM Extension
• Enable Use Option as Meta Key in OS X Terminal -> Preferences -> Keyboard
