If you'd rather compile all SCSS from a single file the way a standard Foundation download is setup, you can use the files in this foundation-single-file-scss.zip package. Merge these files, don't overwrite the entire directory. You may delete all the original files in the /css/ directory, except the animate.css file if you're using it. You can also delete all files in the /scss/ directory and use the files in this package.
Backup your Theme and your custom.scss file first!
