Usage: install_test [-s][-f][-w]
-s <servicename> - Open service for read and wait to close the handle
-f <filename> [sharing flags (1=read, 2=write, 4=delete)]- Open file for read and wait to close the hand
-e <exe> <filepath> Copy exe to filename and execute it. Wait to close the handle
