This looks great! Could we just add the word 'Volume' into the name everywhere? 'Event Volume Anomaly Detection'. Otherwise it is a bit vague about what kinds of anomalies we will detect. The solution accelerator is already named this way - https://github.com/snowplow-industry-solutions/event-volume-anomaly-detection

Looks good to me! @mscwilson when you review could you add -volume- into the folder path too...
