Gives CRO the advanced AMI hardsuit with gear
Makes basic AMI hardsuit xenoarch access rather then RD access
Makes hydrogen gear no longer spawn with a flask by default/printed - when applicable
Cleans up some badly placed files
Cleans up CRO locker code wise to be sorted

Removes CRO hydrogen sword making it craftable in the rnd tech tree
Fixes hydrogen sword nulling its actively on affects after hit

Allows hydrogen swords to be emp-able again
Fixes the emp recusive bomb that happens with hydrogen swords
