Arjun, Great PR. You code is clean and efficient and the slider is smooth and works appropriately.
Can you make the slider thinning and more see through. It is very harsh comapred to the rest of the layout. Also the color scheme should match the purple and blues we use throughout the site. If you can:
- fix the colors to match the theme, check out some of the color codes used in the source code.
- thin out the slider and lower the opacity
