Updated spanish translations (#42)

Ink Tinkerer and Profreshional Weaponsmith have lost the joke in
translation
Since ammo knights is never mention in spanish translations, ammo
kinghts scraps are called "Fragments of ancient technology"
Instead of finding some alternative of fresh swag for the weapon
workbench, I just put "Raro" which translate to rare
The references for the roller, dualies and slosher in the weapon
advancment tab were also lost on translation

I copied lines to es_mx from es_es and re-translated some weapon lines
to fit NOA localizations, while making sure the NOA translations were
being kept, then I made copes of es_mx and renamed them to the other
spanish translations + created files for es_cl and es_c (Chilean and
Ecuadorian Spanish)

Changes made: Made latin spanish languages used the NOA name for
shooters in the weapon tab and subtitles. same for splatlings but only
in the weapon tab, changed blaster subtitles to use NOE blaster name in
es_es translation
also fixed subtitle sub_detonated to sub_detonate
