I'm not much of a writer, more of a story teller. I rolled across my first CNC machine tool in 1977. After a few years, I ended up working for a company called Numeridex. They made a CNC programming system that ran on Z80 based proprietary hardware. Lots of fun and travel. Then I made a move to Fluke. They did/do much more than make meters. That got me into working on PLC's and I spent six good years contracting on control systems around the world. After that, I went into IT work and did data mining for almost 10 years. Then I got sick of all that work malarkey and retired.
