Reverting security webbing texture

Short description

The new wizden texture looks a bit quirky, so i reverted it back with matching color to existing armor.
I also made it blend in with the security backpack in case anybody is using it, so it doesn't look like 2 tanks are sticking out at the front.

If secoff uses backpack, it protrudes at the front of the rig, making it look weird. I slightly modified it so it blends in with the rig, with same color palette. Do i change the change log regarding it?
