### What Update futurenet quorumset * use 3 validators to resiliency * switch to history.stellar.org for history so that we can get all 3 archives * update DNS name of the validator1 for consistency ### Why This will allow futurenet validators to be taken down for maintenance without affecting running quickstart instances. New quorumset is also more similar to what we use for testnet.

Update futurenet quorumset
Why
This will allow futurenet validators to be taken down for maintenance without affecting running quickstart instances.
New quorumset is also more similar to what we use for testnet.
