For system-test#10.
This PR adds a workflow that runs our System Tests with the configuration used by
e2e.yml(System Tests ran on pull request/push) every night at 12:30am PST Monday-Friday.Why
It's very helpful to regularly run System Tests to catch any regressions and get visibility on the health of our test suite.
