Every time there's a PR merged, by the prefix of the branch "feature/" "release/" "patch/", the CI automatically creates a new tag based on the latest tag and publish it with the new release/feature/patch. That fixes the problem where users whenever made a new contribution to the repository, they were not generating new tags, so now the CI does it automatically.
README instructions also added to facilitate branch creation for the user.
