This release adds:
- login/logout with cached credentials
- hides raw log output to console unless debug enabled
- allow volume create with 'ns1/vol1' format
- add default namespace where not provided
Bug fixes:
- cluster and node health now fail gracefully when there is no connectivity from cli to nodes
- volume unmount should not remove the mount-point directory
