Autofac.Extras.IocManager updated to 3.1.1 which includes new features of registration.
Initialization enhancements are made, this allowed to get rid of FluentAssemblyScanner nuget package dependency
Secondary Orm registration strategy enhanced
Pdb files are included to nuget packages
