Added Edit Snippet Functionality

What does this PR do ?

Added Edit functionality so that users can alter their snippets

Fixes: #10

How should be this tested ?

• view a snippet
• At the top right corner , you can find a blue colored pen button which on hovering says "edit snippet". Click on it.
• you can edit the snippet now and click update snippet button at the bottom to save your changes.
• The page will redirect to the snippet and it contains updated data
