If we just change "press" to "pull" like we currently have in the Gazelle section, would that solve the confusion for you?

"Press out" doesn't make a lot of sense on its own, and "out" still doesn't specify which direction (as it could be interpreted to mean "out from the motherboard," which would also be wrong). "Away from the RAM sticks" would be the most accurate, although it's verbose.

Hi Jacob, thank you for your response. I hadn't thought of that. "Pull" or "lift" is a better description, although now that you've got me thinking about it, both those terms could be misinterpreted as other directions too. I modified your photo with some arrows - that may be the best way to make it clear.

If you choose to use it I'd also be happy to make any changes you suggest. I could also add arrows to ram-tab pictures from other sections. I'd like to save other people frustration, no matter which model they own :)

"Lift" would imply pulling them away from the motherboard, so I don't think we should use that word.
