We are currently addressing some issues and organizing them in #3486; therefore, we will mark this PR as ready after some PRs are merged since they affect alarms, which means we need to fix
esmeta-ignore.json.We updated the version of ESMeta to v0.5.0. This update includes an enhanced type analysis, which is a kind of occurrence typing employed to handle flow-sensitive type in the spec.
