We are currently addressing some issues and organizing them in #3486; therefore, we will mark this PR as ready after some PRs are merged since they affect alarms, which means we need to fix esmeta-ignore.json.

We updated the version of ESMeta to v0.5.0. This update includes an enhanced type analysis, which is a kind of occurrence typing employed to handle flow-sensitive type in the spec.

We decided to update this first and address any necessary ignores in each PR as needed. Huge thanks to all the contributors for your amazing help!
