This should fix #46 and allow only the first 20 networks discovered to be iterated over. It's a fix but it's not ideal really, perhaps we should also add an ability to supply cap value on the command line.

We set a cap limit of 20 discoverable networks which should be fine for most cases (maybe). This should fix #46 for now.

Hope this helps. I'll look at putting in a command line argument next.

@khushil thanks for getting the ball rolling on this. I'm curious about why you decided to place a network cap instead of just using the number of networks available from the first read of wlan_ioctl_get_scan_results? Additionally, you'll need to call wlan_ioctl_get_scan_results with each iteration of the loop to get details on the next network to print out.
