  • switches to hosted agents
  • configures buildkite secrets + adds to required steps
  • removes postgres 16
  • removes gosec - this runs in our linter; this will no longer have them reported in sonar, but I think this is OK.
  • removes trivy from all but the two main docker builds and upgrades the trivy version which they say resolves the TOOMANYREQUESTS issue
  • cancels the build on any failure
