Follows on from #465
We can still add the
@mui/basedependency, but we can't yet bump all the way up to MUI 5.16.x in planx-new without a fair number of cascading type changes to work out (see theopensystemslab/planx-new#3467) - and we want MUI versions to stay consistent between planx-new <> planx-core.Can revisit this one if downgrading the version here reverts progress on the ESM migration !
