The previous production deploy failed with the following Pulumi error -

InvalidViewerCertificate: The certificate that is attached to your distribution was not issued by a trusted Certificate Authority. 
For more details, see: https://docs.aws.amazon.com/AmazonCloudFront/latest/DeveloperGuide/CNAMEs.html#alternate-domain-names-requirements

When importing the previous certificates, I removed everything above the ----BEGIN CERTIFICATE---- line as suggested by Gunar. This is another take using the entire certificate and key, seems to work fine on Staging.

Tested on AWS staging (via console) -

  • Certificates import ✅
  • CloudFront CDN created ✅

If this fails I'll reach out to St. Albans requesting an intermediate (chain) certificate.
