This PR will resolve https://github.com/theopensystemslab/planx-new/security/dependabot/50 in the API client, now that Gov Notify have updated their Axios version.
Still waiting to see if the Hasura CLI NPM package follows suit shortly - they have a PR open here and all being well it will get resolved in the next few weeks. I think this is fairly low priority for us as the CLI (I assume) is just using Axios locally.
