What does this PR do?

The UI component list is unstructured and mixes editor and public components. This PR organises the components into subfolders for editor, public and shared components.

The component VisibilityToggle was no longer used or referenced anywhere so this has been deleted.

This looks great, really nice to have these files organised and also some linting fixes which is great 🙌

I ran through some services on the pizza and also had a look on Storybook and everything seemed to be working as expected 🥳
