What does this PR do?
2 changes to editor header:
1 — Underline for breadcrumbs
Adds an underline to reenforce the "breadcrumbs as vertical navigation" concept
2 — Grouping and restyle of editor menu toggle
This will eventually be used for the "Account" menu, but I've added the word "Menu" until the new navigation menus are ready.
