Second step on time-rs/time#327.
Getting the basic how tos out: creating and parsing times. The aim of these how-to guides is to solve a problem as quickly as possible, so I left the more advanced usages out. The exemples aim to be flexible and show multiple ways to do something.
Let me know what you think.
Next up is some more how tos. On my mind were date arithmetic and Unix timestamps since I use them pretty often. I'm very open for suggestions, as I don't use all the features 😅
