Over-the-air update to %garden. This release adds the %bark and %growl agents to send email digests of notifications to Tlon-hosted users and makes a few quality-of-life updates.

What's new

• Adds %bark and %growl agents, which send Tlon-hosted users an email digest of notifications along regular intervals. If you are hosted by Tlon, you can start receiving these email digests by opting in to Groups tracking (enabled by default or available in the Groups app settings).
• Adds a time-based notification to alert users that a long-running app installation has completed.
• Adds Trill to the list of recommended apps.
• Adds loading spinners to Storage settings fields to reflect initializing of the %storage agent.
• Updates the wayfinding pointer to Tlon Local.
