This is a release candidate for checking out the fix for newer GTK# versions on Windows (starting from 2.12.42), which causes crashes with our current Mono.Addins version, see issue #34 for details.

This MSI is built from the gh34-fix-mono-addins-loading-with-gtk#-2.12.42, which contains the fix and will be merged into master after this preliminary testing. A full release will be done after that. There are no Linux-related changes, so it's not RC-ed.
