Additional add-on for Jelastic ProxySQL - add/remove users action.

Basic add-on for additional on ProxySQL inside Jelastic - this addon is being used for creating/remove users in addition of the default Jelastic username.

Getting Started

You can install it on current enviornment if ProxySQL is included.
