Added gbif_download.R functions to query GBIF Global.
Using country_code to select country, rather than relying on each countries living atlas
Minor tweaks to sentence summary in ui.R to be a more generalised about Establishment Means
Add function documentation
Added vignette vignette("diy") for users that want to use this general functionality.
Updated snapshot tests
Updated README to point users to vignette to learn how to use this functionality
