Now validates also titles.

Other changes:

  • Default emoji changed to 👍
  • Now bot requests changes if fails, approves PR if pass. This can be disabled, and bot will not approve, but only leave comments.
  • Some parameters have been renamed to be shorter (PR_ prefix instead of PULL_REQUEST_)
