Initial release of tubearchivist-metrics
Contains a basic sample of metrics with the plans to add more in the future (please raise a git issue if you desire a metric not already added)
Has been tested running in docker on a ubuntu machine with the latest version of tubearchivist. Please see the README on how to deploy this into your stack.

Channel Count
Playlist Count
Download Queue size
Download Count
Count of subtitles within ElasticSearch
