Empty spot designator:

entities placed very low, are these therefore not in volume. Make sure these are placed correctly and taken into account.
Are entities without a shape, but a convex hull taken into account?

placing entities was bugged before. Now we 'fixed' it by storing the in-hand position of the objects in ED. However this is still a hacky solution
Entities without a shape are not taken into account unless their center intersects with the radius given

So the convex_hulls are not taken into account?
