this mod has restructured to hemtt build.

• player/side tickets are show while in waiting respawn under the respawn timer.
• added seperate contested variables to each side
• add sound to respawn area, when les than 20s, 10s, 5s
• save nanoseconds at whoToNotify count
• add side categories to msp settings
• Merger, unified, renamed and remade almos all functions.
• Add allowed spectate sides to cba settings
• Add ability to check contested status from msp.
• Visual markers for contest area check
