First actual release

homepagefordomain functionality has been removed from core, so now this is the first release that actually does what it says on the tin!

After some testing, this release appears to work correctly with SilverStripe 4

Note that the module has been namespaced. It will likely remain beta until silverstripe/silverstripe-cms#2401 is resolved.
